Responsibilities:

Complete the Onboarding Training
Plug into daily training calls and stay in contact with your mentor
Contact families that have requested information - No Cold Calling
Set Appts and meet with families to help them choose the best product for their needs
Follow-up with carriers to ensure that policies are issued and clients are protected
 

Requirements:

Obtain a Life and Health Insurance License - we will help and guide you
Be computer literate. It is helpful to be familiar with CRM Systems
Must be able to pass an extensive background check
Ability to work with and train others - we are looking for leaders
Always have a positive attitude
